Plans and billing
mapps.one has a free plan for your first app and three paid plans. Each workspace has its own plan. This page explains what each plan includes, how payment works in US dollars and Turkish lira, and what happens when you renew, change or cancel. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Currency and payment methods
Prices are shown in US dollars or Turkish lira. Visitors in Turkey see lira, and so do visitors using mapps.one in Turkish when we cannot tell their location. Everyone else sees dollars. You can switch the currency on the pricing page.
| US dollars | Turkish lira | |
|---|---|---|
| Processed by | Paddle, our merchant of record | iyzico or PayTR |
| Payment methods | Cards, PayPal and other methods Paddle offers in your country | Turkish debit and credit cards |
| Taxes | Paddle calculates and collects sales tax or VAT where it applies | Shown at checkout before you pay |

When you pay in dollars, Paddle is the seller of record. Your receipt and invoice come from Paddle, and your card statement shows Paddle.
How renewals work
Paddle subscriptions (US dollars)
- Your plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year.
- If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries the charge. Your plan stays active for a 3-day grace period after the period ends, which gives you time to update your card from the billing page.
- When you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You can resume before then, and nothing changes.
- Changing to another plan applies immediately, and the price difference is prorated.
Prepaid plans (Turkish lira)
- You pay for one month or one year up front. Nothing is charged automatically.
- We email you 7 days and 1 day before the period ends. Renew from the billing page in a couple of clicks.
- Renewing the same plan adds the new period to the end of your current one, so you never lose days by renewing early.
- If you do not renew, your plan stays active for a 3-day grace period, then the workspace moves to the Free plan.
- Buying a different plan starts it immediately and ends the current plan at the same moment. Days left on the current plan are not carried over, so switch near the end of a period.
Lifetime
Lifetime is a one-time payment for everything in Pro, including Pro features we add later. There is nothing to renew. It is offered in limited numbers.
- Lifetime applies to the workspace you buy it for.
- It has the same limits as Pro. It does not include Studio features.
- If you later subscribe to Studio in the same workspace, the workspace uses Studio while that subscription is active and goes back to Lifetime when it ends.
Upgrading and downgrading
Upgrades apply immediately. When you downgrade, or a paid plan ends, your apps keep working, but anything outside the new plan is switched off:
- You cannot add apps above the new limit. Existing apps stay live.
- Pages use the Clean theme and show the mapps.one badge again.
- Custom domains stop serving pages, running A/B experiments stop, and deep links fall back to the smart link.
- API requests return
402and webhooks are no longer sent. - Analytics show the history allowed by the new plan. Older data is kept for up to 2 years, so it reappears if you upgrade again.
Billing details and receipts
The Billing page shows your current plan, when it renews or ends, and your past orders with receipts. Add your billing name, email, country, city, address and tax ID there so they appear on receipts. Paddle invoices are also sent to you by email.
Only the workspace owner can manage billing.
Deleting a workspace or account
Deleting a workspace cancels its Paddle subscription immediately and removes its apps, pages and analytics. Deleting your account deletes every workspace you own. Deletion does not trigger a refund on its own. See the refund section of our terms of service.
